Used IBC for sale: what you get

Each unit is a used 1000 L IBC: the bottle, steel cage, pallet base, valve and cap. Condition varies from unit to unit, so ask for photos of the ones available. Tell us what you plan to use it for when you email.

What not to use it for

These tanks are not for chemicals, dangerous goods, food or drinking water. Cleaning doesn't change that. If your job needs a container made for a specific purpose, ask and we'll point you to a specialist supplier.

Common uses

People often use them for:

  • Rainwater storage for non-drinking uses.

  • Irrigation water.

  • Site water for non-drinking jobs.

  • Fire-fighting reserve water on farms, if it suits your system.

  • Bulk storage of suitable non-hazardous material.

Hydroponics, aquaponics and stock water need extra care about water quality and what the tank held before. Read what you can use a used IBC for before you order.
