Describe the material accurately, with a rough quantity, its condition and your suburb. Tell us what containers held, and about any damage or access limits. A quote only covers the load and arrangements written in it.

We confirm bookings by email. If your plans change, tell us so we can review the booking and quote.

Our website shows what we generally accept, but we must confirm each load. Do not add other materials, and do not bring an unbooked load to Braeside.

You must have the right to hand over the material or place the order. Packing, site access and any work by other contractors must match what was agreed.

Used IBCs are sold as-is for general non-hazardous use. Read the full condition statement before you order. The buyer must clean the tank and confirm it suits their use. Availability, price and pickup or delivery are confirmed with the order.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights that the law says cannot be excluded. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission explains consumer rights and guarantees.
