E waste bins suit businesses that retire keyboards, phones and the odd laptop a few at a time.
The problem
Offices and workshops retire equipment bit by bit. It ends up in a cupboard or the general bin, because nobody books a truck for three keyboards.

What Crex does
-
Pick the right bin. Sized to how much you produce, with a locked option for anything that stores data.
-
Swap it when full. On request or on a schedule. The full bin leaves and an empty one takes its place.
-
Same instruction every time. Devices with data are wiped or destroyed the way you told us at the start. The rest is recycled.

What we take
What we handle
E waste bins: sizes and what goes in
Retired IT and small electrical equipment from one business site. See what is e-waste for what counts.
-
240 L wheelie bin: small offices, shop back rooms, clinics. Keyboards, mice, phones, cables and chargers.
-
Pallet box, about one cubic metre: most sites. Desktops and laptops, screens, printers.
-
Mesh cage: warehouses, IT rooms, workshops. Servers, switches and motors under 30 kg.
-
Locked cage or sealed box: drives, phones, tablets and anything else that stores data.
What we don't handle
- General waste, packaging and cardboard in the e-waste bin.
- Fridges, whitegoods and anything with refrigerant.
- Fluorescent tubes and lamps.
- Loose, swollen or damaged lithium batteries. Batteries inside laptops, phones and tablets can stay in.
What affects the price
- The bin size: wheelie bin, pallet box or locked cage.
- How often it is swapped: on call or scheduled.
- What happens to the data: wiped, or drives destroyed.
Every job is quoted before anything moves, so you know the cost up front.
Two ways to run it
On call
Email us when the bin is full and we book a swap. Suits offices and shops with uneven output.
